Before Ding Dong moves from its Ann Siang Road space to Amoy Street (don't worry, it's not too far) in June, it's throwing a Gastro Wanderlust x Thailand event to dish out Thai street food. Five dishes are on the menu: Hamachi sashimi with crispy fish, Thai basil quail with crispy garlic, Iberico pork belly, pickled mango and betel leaf, and Thai pineapple fried rice (substituted for quinoa). To wash away your Monday blues, five cocktails accompany each plate.
