Still can't get enough of cheese tarts? You're in luck, 'cause Antoinette is launching a new menu item called The Queen's Cheese Tart tomorrow. That's in addition to its cheese tart flavours like vanilla, matcha, salted yolk, grand cru chocolate and salted caramel.
What makes this new pastry the ultimate cheese tart is its molten mix of 7 types of cheeses — provolone, reblochon, cream cheese, mascarpone, gruyere, cheddar and parmesan. It's more of a savoury blend encased in a puff pastry cup, for those who aren't fans of the sweet stuff.
