Not much is known about Sisters' Islands — the two Southern islands off the Straits in Singapore — but soon there'll be a reason to visit them.
The National Parks Board (NParks) have outlined plans to transform the two islands into a proper marine park, where the members of the public will be able to learn and experience the biodiversity of the islands.
On the larger Big Sister's Island (duh, right) NParks announced that they'll be building a boardwalk, a floating pontoon and even intertidal pools for folks to get closer to the coastline action. Further inland, there'll be forest trails for visitors to "spot coastal forest plants and go bird-watching" should they please, for some reason.
