The second edition of Sanpellegrino's Fine Dining Lovers Dinner Series takes over LeVeL33 for one weekend, featuring a special one-off Asian-inspired menu put together by executive chef Jimi Tegerdine and guest star Tim Butler, the head chef of Bangkok's Eat Me.
Butler's signature dishes include grilled Tiger Prawn with tom yum-infused oil, grilled quail with pan-seared foie gras, and wagyu tataki served with sea urchin, Oscietra caviar and wasabi. As for Tegerdine, he'll be cooking up plates like Ibèrico pork confit cheek with Stout jam, and jasmine and bee pollen white chocolate mousse.
