
As part of their investigations into the transboundary haze that wreaked havoc over Singapore skies last year, the National Environment Agency (NEA) summoned a director of an Indonesian firm linked to the illegal haze-causing forest fires for an interview.
Alas, the man didn't turn up.
NEA has since obtained a court warrant against the director, which will mean that he will be detained by the authorities the next time he enters Singapore.
