Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam has repeatedly stressed that a terror attack in Singapore is a matter of "when" and not "if" amidst recent months of armed assaults and bombings around the world.
The apprehension is palpable too, especially since the twisted teachings of the Islamic State has infected some here — all of whom have been promptly shut down by the Internal Security Act. In the latest effort by the Home Team to raise vigilance against such horrors, the Singapore Police Force released a video that should teach folks what to do when terror strikes.
