Co-founder of SAFE Singapore — a channel for friends, parents and family members of LGBTQ individuals — Dr Khoo Hoon Eng is a proud mother of two gay sons, and thanks to Dear Straight People, she recounts her experience in a heartwarming interview.
"To parents of LGBT children, my advice would be 'Please choose love'", she says.
Disregard the reverb-laden dialogue and take comfort in the fact that understanding parents such as Dr Khoo exists in the world.
