Somebody give this Singapore Airlines (SIA) stewardess an award — she just exemplified the utmost quality customer service up in the air.
A recent 12-hour flight from Singapore to Frankfurt was a memorable one for Shazy Tan, whose recent Facebook post went viral for all the right reasons. Seated next to an elderly Slovenian lady, Tan witnessed how one SIA stewardess went above (literally) and beyond her duties to ensure the comfort and safety of 92-year-old Draga, who was also diabetic.
