Good news, pancake fans. After opening outlets in Japan and Taiwan, popular Japanese cafe Kyushu Pancake is headed our way very soon. Opening on May 11, the 42-seater space is decked out industrial-style and boasts the brand's signature pancakes made from seven different kinds of Kyushu-grown grains. Its flour mix is free from emulsifiers and artificial additives, and made up of quality ingredients like brown rice, pressed barley, purple rice and red glutinous rice from all over Japan — basically, it's a healthier option for those who wanna watch their diets.
