After an open call for submissions and a series of interviews and tastings, the first budding chef has emerged. Originally hailing from London, Oliver Budgen has zero experience working in a restaurant kitchen, but spends his free time whipping up dishes described as stripped-down Mediterranean inspired by Southern France, Southern Italy and Greece.
