Hands up if you were at the former Tanjong Pagar Railway Station over the last long weekend. If you recall, the Local People hosted a '90s art market on Good Friday, and throngs of people turned up. We're not even kidding about the masses. It's highly unlikely anyone managed to take a picture without random strangers photobombing them — that's how sizeable the crowd was.
So now that we've sweated through one long weekend at the historic monument, we're here to tell you that the best time to go is either early in the morning or towards evening. Please don't turn up at noon and expect to look fabulous in all your photos.
