Soft pastel colors aren't what we'd usually associate with Singapore's landscapes — a panorama that's typically filled with steel-gray futuristic structures and old buildings in the process of being torn down.
Successfully capturing the nostalgic spirit of old Singapore in washed out colors is local photographer Nguan, in his ongoing project simply entitled "Singapore". By honing in and enhancing the pastel colors of the city's various landmarks, people and quiet alcoves, Singapore becomes a theatrical set of sorts, artfully painted for a stage fit for any Wes Anderson flick.
