Last Wednesday was the start of a "dumping session", as referred to in an emotional Facebook post by animal welfare group Voices For Animals. First, three dogs were found wandering around a carpark in the Yishun industrial area, suffering from skin issues as a result of neglect. Subsequently, many other small dogs were recovered from various parts of Singapore, including places like Serangoon, Sengkang and Tampines, all in the span of 24 hours.
