Kids do the darndest things. Like one pre-schooler, who's made headlines for his parkour-like antics in an open-air HDB carpark. Wearing a childcare centre uniform, the unsupervised boy has been spotted climbing up and stomping around on the bonnets and tops of several vehicles, even playing around with tools he found on a lorry.
Reportedly, he and his younger sister have gone so far as to hang their bodies half way out the window of their third-storey flat and fling water on passers-by and stray cats.
According to The New Paper, concerned residents tried to reel him in and stop his bad behaviour. But when all else failed, one of them filed a police report, which was then referred to the Ministry of Social and Family Development.
