Since the brouhaha that erupted last Saturday night that saw DJ Fila (of popular Egyptian trance duo Aly & Fila) swearing off playing at Zouk ever again, the iconic nightclub has been busy quelling masses of condemnation lodged upon them.
Clubbers who had dropped by Jiak Kim Street to hoof it to Aly & Fila's thumping tunes had their fun cut short when DJ Fila (Fadi Wassef Naguib) ended his set in nasty mood. It was believed that Norashman Najib — the son of Malaysian prime minister Najib Razak — used his VVIP power to cut short Fadi's set, because he wanted to DJ too.
Insulted, Fadi declared to the audience that he'll never play at Zouk ever again in captured footage uploaded on Facebook.
