Two suspected drug abusers have been arrested since CCTV footage of their very public and very violent altercation emerged online.
The footage — posted on Thelocalsociety Facebook page— prompted outcry by netizens over the brutality of the squabble, which saw a man dragging a woman down a hallway to the point of humiliating undress. At one point, the barbaric man even grabbed the woman up by her scalp and pulled her reluctant body into their unit, as her towel and slippers were left outside.
