The volume of errant retailers at Chinatown's People's Park Complex is so high that the mall will soon have its own self-service complaint kiosk.

The Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) will be putting the machines to work at the mall due to the "high number of complaints" by consumers against retailers there, TODAY reports. Two terminals will be officially launched as soon as the mall's management signs an agreement with CASE.

The self-service kiosks are similar to the ones installed in similarly notorious mall Sim Lim Square since 2012. The IT and tech shopping centre has always been a bastion for errant retailers who part clueless customers away from their hard-earned money.
