Motorcyclist Carrine Yeo narrated her encounter with a particularly pugnacious BMW driver, who had found no issue with parking on three whole motorcycle lots at a car park opposite Ghim Moh Market. If that wasn't douchey enough, the "skinny bespectacled Chinese man in his late fifties" arrogantly denied that he was parking, and warned Yeo that he was a civil servant.
