Despite the scare of a potential cat killer (and copycat killers) lurking the troubled district of Yishun, the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) aren't convinced about that reality.
Channel NewsAsia reports that AVA's investigations so far have ruled out animal cruelty for seven out of the 26 cats found dead in Yishun since last September. The seven cats' death were attributed to non-abuse reasons such as natural causes and traffic accidents.
