
You've heard of SG50 — and probably sick of hearing about it too — but hold on to your seats for its sequel: SJ50.
SJ50 is the new campaign launched yesterday that celebrates 50 years of diplomatic ties between Singapore and Japan. Already, logos, stickers, dolls and other SJ50 paraphernalia have been launched to commemorate the occasion. The mascot for Japan is of course their iconic Hello Kitty. The mascot for Singapore is a poorly conceived creature called Doritan, who seems like a genetic fusion of a foetus and a durian.
