The very idea that our tireless, overworked teachers might have to actually pay for parking at school soon caused a righteous furore on the interwebz. For the right reasons too — teaching is one of the most mentally and physically exhausting jobs in the world, and yet one iota of benefit afforded to them might be taken away. All because the Auditor-General thinks it's unfair — after all, other public service organisations charge normally for parking at their premises.
