Yet another beloved nightlife joint bites the dust. Say goodbye to the undeniably snazzy stylings of Kilo Lounge, which will be ceasing operations as a night club come 1st Jan 2016. Apparently the premier club in Kallang had been operating on a temporary nightclub license for some time, but unfortunately the Kampong Bugis area they're residing in has not been approved for nightlife use.
"Whether it was packing the lounge and dancing your hearts out, or simply swinging by for a late drink or two with your good friends, you made us what we are, and what we will always be," they wrote on their Facebook page. "It has been a great run, and we’ve accomplished so much more than we could have imagined, thanks to all of you."
