First few delays and technical faults hit Downtown Line 2

Hiccups and setbacks are inevitable for the new Downtown Line, which opened to much fanfare last Sunday morning. 
Today however, some commuters have started grumbling about delays and train stoppages that have hit Singapore's newest rail line.
