Good news frequent flyers — if you're an M1 customer, you can now apply for unlimited data roaming while you're up in the air. Well, technically it's not unlimited. You'll actually be charged 20 cents per 10kb of data usage, which is capped at $25 a day. If our math checks out, you'll be able to enjoy surfing the net for a whopping amount of 1.25mb in-flight.
If for some reason you still need to spend some time on the net (as measly and probably spotty as it is), the plan is only available on selected airlines such as British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Etihad Airways and more. More details on the M1 website.
