Snap! HDB will remove famous Punggol tree on Dec 16

The Housing Development Board will be removing Punggol's social media sensation on Dec 16 in the interest of public safety because its parts are said to be falling off without warning. We're going to miss its Freddie Kreuger-ish silhouette and, even more, watching people interact with this spindly dude on Instagram.
