"Rape Us Now" Black Friday SaleSay what? A Singapore-based fashion retailer quickly took down a graphic artwork on its website for a Black Friday sale. It was a picture of a young woman in a suggestive pose and a call-to-action button that said, "Rape Us Now". It appeared on Nov 30 and the store's creative director, Jordus Lim, posted an apology on the same day after being called out by netizen Gavin Moey. "This is an honest mistake that we have made on our side, and we do know that it is indefensible," Lim wrote on Super Gurl's website. Lim admiitted that he was unable to review the artwork before it was uploaded. "We do not mean for it to be offensive to anyone, and I extend my sincerest apology for the [sic] lack of negligence," he said, adding that the incident failed to advocate the right values. It has rightfully angered netizens, with a few of them calling the incident "right down disgusting".  Photo via Gavin Moey on Facebook
