HSA is putting out a warning call for the public to cease purchase and usage of the 'Meiyong Super Whitening Extra Whitening & Face Lift Advanced Super Revitalizer (Cream) Whitening Formula And Face Lift'. Aside from the crime of having an unnecessarily long name, HSA also found excessive levels of mercury and undeclared potent medicinal ingredients including tretinoin, hydroquinone, and more.
The product may have been bought from local retail outlets or from online platforms. "Prolonged used of the cream may lead to serious adverse reactions," HSA mentioned — because, you know, mercury poisoning and everything.
