Another day, another horrible news that proves ISIS deserves no mercy.
The militant group have released a statement on their online magazine Dabiq that they have executed a Chinese and Norwegian hostage. 50-year-old Fan Jinghui and 48-year-old Ole-Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad were killed; both of whom were being held for ransom.
Both the Chinese and Norwegian governments have condemned the savage acts, and so have Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Singapore condemns the killing of Chinese national Mr Fan Jinghui and Norwegian national Mr Ole Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS)," they wrote in a press release. "We extend our deepest condolences to the families of Mr Fan and Mr Grimsgaard-Ofstad. The international community must come together to effectively combat the threat posed by ISIS and other terrorist groups.”
Meanwhile French forces are stepping up efforts to stamp out any other terror suspects in the country, following the deadly attacks in Paris that left 127 people dead and many more injured. China has vowed to bring ISIS to justice for the killing of their citizen.
