One of the two suspected drug syndicate leaders arrested by Central Narcotics Bureau is believed to have been receiving drugs from overseas by mail. The 29-year-old Singaporean male suspect stashed his drugs in Sengkang.
The other suspect arrested in a separate raid is a 38-year-old Singaporean who was picked up in a housing unit in Yung Kuang Road together with his 22-year-old female accomplice.
CNB also rounded up suspected traffickers and clients and seized illegal drugs that included "ice", heroin, cannabis and Erimin-5 tablets.
Investigations are ongoing.
