Typing the hashtag #SG50 generates the SG50 button logo, while #Singapore gives you the Singapore flag.
Influential blogger Mr Brown, who worked closely with the social media company, became the first person to have a go at it in a message: "Flat's here. We can marry." The five-word message is part of an independent and somewhat literary campaign called #5wordSingaporeStories.
“The emojis are a fun, colourful way to unite Singaporeans during their Golden Jubilee and National Day celebrations, which is also the perfect time to launch the first-ever Twitter emojis for Singapore,” said Rishi Jaitly, Twitter VP of Media for APAC.
