Yeo Kim YeongLast Wednesday, Singaporean Yeo Kim Yeong smashed the previous Guinness World Records for the most number of pull ups executed in a minute, earning himself one of the most coveted titles in the world of fitness with a total of 44 pull ups. He beat the previous record of 42 pull ups, set by David Bourdon in 2014. The standard of pull-ups set by Guinness World Records doesn’t involve an awkward body wave that’s commonly executed in a struggle to get the chin over the cursed iron bar. Instead, the body must be raised until the chin is above the bar and then be lowered until the arms are straight. All this while keeping the body ramrod straight. According to mothership.sg, Yeo actually underwent professional training since December 2014 in order to break the record. He must be over the moon... errr, bar, for shattering the world record.   Check out the man pulling his way to success here.   Photo: Singapore Book of Records   Done reading?
