Man who got his arm stuck in drainage pipe for 10 hours will be settling the bill for repairs What a champ. After getting his arm stuck in his toilet drainage pipe for several hours and leaving Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers with no choice but to drill a massive hole in the floor (and into his neighbour's ceiling) to get it out, he'll be footing the bill for the repair.  According to The Straits Times, his wife said that repairs will be carried out tomorrow, with the cost not worked out yet.  50-year-old businessman Poh Chee Keat got his right arm stuck in the drain in an attempt to reach in for his wedding ring, which fell while he was taking a shower. He was home alone during the incident and his wife only discovered him lying unconscious on the toilet floor five hours later.  When the SCDF was called in, the rescuers had no choice but to drill the whole section of the drainage pipe, cutting through the bathroom floor all the wat down to the ceiling of the unit below. A couple of hours later, Poh's arm was finally freed and was conveyed to hospital soon after.  The neighbour who's unit was affected was totally understanding over the fact that there's a gaping hole in the ceiling of his toilet, and mentioned that the issue was settled amicably.  Photo: Jocelyn Wallace via Flickr
