Uploaded on the All Singapore Stuff Facebook page last Thursday, it's pretty obvious that the fault lies with the errant driver, who didn't seem to notice an actual person walking across an actual pedestrian crossing — even if the green man was flashing.
However, a small portion of blame will have to go to the pedestrian, who was clearly too engrossed with what's going on in her phone than what's going on around her. If she had been aware of her surroundings, she might have actually avoided being flung down the road.
In any case, inattentive drivers and pedestrians never go well together. Stay vigilant on the roads, folks.
