Former clothing store assistant jailed for a month for filming women in changing roomA Peeping Tom got his just desserts when he was sentenced to a month in jail for repeated occasions of filming women undressing in the changing room of a clothing store.  22-year-old Tan Wee Sien had been a clothing store assistant at a shop in Orchard Cineleisure and managed to sneak in the fitting room and used his phone's camera to film four female customers as they were undressing while standing on a ladder in an adjacent storeroom.  According to The New Paper, he was finally caught in July 2013 when a woman spotted his camera, and confronted him. He admitted to doing the dirty deed, and the police was called in — but the unsavoury videos were already deleted.  Officers later seized Tan's laptop, where they recovered several video clips of women in states of undress.  In court, he pleaded guilty to two counts of insulting a woman's modesty. His lawyer pleaded for leniency over Tan's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and had acted impulsively during the time of the offence. He could have been jailed for up to a year and fined.  Photo: Wikimedia Commons
