Looking like it could do with some urgent medical attention (and facial reconstruction), folks have been notifying the Animal Concerns Research and Education Society (ACRES) about an injured monkey located in the vicinity of Springleaf Walk.
(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/all.js#xfbml=1"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));
Post by ACRES: Animal Concerns Research and Education Society (Singapore).
According to the post on their Facebook page, ACRES have yet to find the monkey in the area despite searching the site yesterday and the day before. Though we can imagine it'll be hard to look for the poor little critter, considering that the area is surrounded by a forest.
They've advised people not to attempt catching or feeding it when they spot the monkey, and instead leave it to the professionals by calling their Wildlife Rescue Hotline at 9783 7782.
