Photos and videos of a scuffle that occurred at ITE College West have been going viral since they were shared on Twitter this morning.
In some of the footage, a white-shirted man is seen chasing someone at the school's Piazza, brandishing what looks to be a knife. He takes a shot, finely missing his victim's head.
All these as a sizable crowd sits idly around the Piazza as if watching a circus act.
According to The New Paper, the suspected slashing incident happened at about 11am and at least one is injured.

Naturally, many are baulking at the mere possibility of something like this happening in a local educational institution and during school hours, too.
Parents pay so much money for you to go get an education at school. You go school slash people. Great job lad.

But there are some others, mostly in that generation of students, who're making fun of the incident, especially the fact that the perpetrator had lost his shoe during the process.

Other tweets — obviously non-exhaustive — proving the lackadaisical way folks on Twitter are addressing the subject:

Are we missing something? Are bringing a "parang" to school and using it to attack others part of everyday ITE life?
