The folks behind the controversial Cuddles Cat Cafe have announced plans for a new cafe concept that involves less cat deaths and more entertainment options at the creatively named Santa's Igloo.
Claimed to be an anti-cafe concept where folks pay for the time spent in the establishment instead of purchasing individual items, Santa's Igloo promises a perfect hangout place that boasts an ice-cream buffet, a cereal bar, a pool table, an Oculus Rift virtual reality set, a movie screening room and other attractions.
Preview images of the cafe depict 24/7 gaudy Christmas decorations and an endless offering of toys and games to play with, while those who prefer to chill out can lounge on the numerous amount of sofas and beanbags while enjoying the wifi.

As for the question of cats, the Facebook post states that the new cafe will not operate with them as the Agri-food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) has not renewed their license. Surprisingly, they still express the desire for a cat cafe — which may not be a welcome to all cat lovers considering that at least seven resident felines have died under their care. The remaining cats who were previously living at the cafe are said to be residing at the owner's and employee's homes.
