This tragic figure of sexual perversion was arrested in 2013 when he trespassed into a girl's school in the north-eastern region of Singapore. Naked as the day he was born, he approached a 14-year-old student from behind and tapped her on the shoulder. When she turned around in absolute horror, he asked her if she could perform oral sex on him. The frightened student then pretended that a teacher was nearby, sending him fleeing away. She then alerted a security guard about the incident and he was caught when he tried to leave the premises. He was given a 12-month conditional warning in October that year, according to The New Paper.
Last year in May, Yang trespassed yet another school — this time he stole a jacket and a pair of girls' athletic shorts and put them on in the toilet. A teacher spotted him walking around in the preposterous outfit and called the police on him.
In court, the young man's lawyer maintains that his teenage curiosity about the opposite sex led him to a cross-dressing fetish.
As part of his 18-month probation, Yang has to undergo counselling and treatment programmes, as well as perform 60 hours of community service and serve a strict house curfew.
He could have been jailed for up to three months each for criminal trespass and the obscene act, as well as face heavy fines.
