The Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) reportedly had its website defaced earlier on Monday, and today they've temporarily shut down their online services.
Used to purchase a copy of credit reports, the CBS decided to stop their services temporarily as a precautionary measure to implement stronger security controls.
Consumers will not have to worry about stolen data as CBS assured that there was no data loss nor compromise. Those who still wish to obtain a copy of their credit reports can purchase them at the CBS office, SingPot, CrimsonLogic Service Bureau and CASE office.
