Bad news for motorists who travel by the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) into the city — the Land Transport Authority completed their quarterly review of traffic conditions and decided that an increase in Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates in gantries situated in AYE.
Three gantries after Jurong Town Hall towards the city will see an increase of $1 in fees between 9am to 9.30am starting Feb 2. The rates for other gantries will remain unchanged.
The next ERP review is said to take place later in May for the second quarterly rate review of the year.
