The Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) has found two questionable artefacts from the collection it has amassed from New York gallery Art of the Past over the past 14 years.
The Uma Parameshvari sculpture priced at USD650,000 ($827,125) is said to have been stolen from India, while the altar of Virgin Mary and Christ that costs USD135,000 ($171,787) were illegally acquired, that is the documents had probably been forged by the dealer.
