A teenager led police officers on a jolly low-speed chase two days ago when he tried to escape from the cops on an electric bicycle.
The Shin Min Daily News reported that he managed to blaze ahead of policemen for nearly 150 metres at Buangkok Link before being caught. He was eventually surrounded by 10 officers.
He tried to flee during a routine spot check when policemen discovered that the 17-year-old was involved in forgery charges and possession of some kind of card.
