At about 4am yesterday, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received a call for assistance at Block 150, Toa Payoh Lorong 1. Upon arrival, they found a man in his 40s with slash wounds on his arm, and sent him to the Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Meanwhile, according to The New Paper, residents weren't aware of the incident until they were approached by reporters and saw the increasing police presence. They were also shocked to see a long trail of blood, roughly about 50 metres, which began near the stairs of a lift landing at Block 142 and ended at a grass patch near Block 138C at The Peak @ Toa Payoh.
Investigations are on-going.
