Jackson Lim Hou Peng, the Singaporean man charged with the murder of his Vietnamese girlfriend in November, has been declared to be mentally unstable and will be moved out of the Changi Medical Complex from tomorrow for further investigation, Channel NewsAsia reports.
The application to move him was approved by the State Courts after the prosecution presented the 40-year-old to be "not of sound mind".
Lim had been present when police discovered the lifeless body of 32-year-old Tran Cam Ny on the floor of a flat in Block 406 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10.
He will appear in court again on Dec. 26.
