Last weekend, a man scrawled across the surface of a road near the Esplanade with what looks to be bright blue chalk.
His friends — three men and a woman — were helping him keep a look-out.
Little did he know his act was being recorded from a car right beside him.
From the video, the Caucasian looks to be drawing the number 50, which is incidentally Singapore's age next year.
