After almost two years of extensive renovation, Eastpoint Mall is finally reopening on Dec. 2.
According to media reports, the refurbished seven-storey building (includes a basement level) now has a nett lettable area of 214,161 sq. ft., a 13 percent increase from before. A third of this will focus on food and beverage.
Over 30 dining concepts have already been confirmed for the shopping mall in Simei, including a 12,500 sq. ft. Food Junction on the fourth floor. Among them are Four Leaves, Kura Osaka Osho Ramen, the first Singapore outlet of Korean rice porridge restaurant Juk Story, Paradise Inn, Siam Kitchen and Shabu Sai.
In addition, Muslim diners can tuck in to food from Halal-certified restaurants such as Eighteen Chefs, Hanis Café and Bakery, Nene Chicken, Penang Street and The Royals Café.
The more family-friendly Eastpoint Mall will also have a 3,900 sq. ft. nautical-themed play area on the rooftop.
