Two teenagers have been arrested for suspected involvement in a case of motorcycle theft.
The owner of the stolen motorbike reported the theft from the vicinity of Jurong West, and was duly recovered in the area on the same day. Officers from the Jurong Police Division were able to establish the identities of the suspects after extensive investigations, and the two 17-year-olds suspects were quickly apprehended on Monday.
Both will be charged in court today for the offence of Theft of Motor Vehicle with Common Intention, where they may face up to seven years in prison and a fine.
