Video: Boy smokes electronic cigarette in train

So this video of a boy smoking an e-cigg in the train has surfaced (via SGAG, who else) and like everyone else, we're kind of stumped for a reaction. 

Anger at first, then wonder, then hmmm what's the big deal again?
