Art After Dark, a series of evenings when galleries at contemporary arts cluster Gillman Barracks stay open till 10pm, launches tonight in conjunction with the Singapore Art Book Fair.
Specially for the bi-monthly series, there'll be complimentary shuttle buses operating from 7 — 10pm via three pick-up points: HarbourFront MRT, Queenstown MRT and Block 43 Gillman Barracks.
Tonight, the Singapore Art Book Fair returns with exhibitors like Allscript, Cooltiger, Epigram Books, Ethos Books, Kult, Math Paper Press, Phaidon and Scene Shang. Local experimental group The Observatory will also be performing at 8:30pm, followed by craft and type workshops.
There are also new exhibitions up at the Gillman Barracks, in particular at The Drawing Room, (Block 5), FOST Gallery (Block 1) and Future Perfect (Block 47).
