Over the weekend, two POSB ATMs in the east side were found vandalised in what the police believe to be a case of loanshark harassment.
A Stomp user first reported the incident when he spotted a POSB Cash Deposit Machine located at Bedok South splashed with neon green paint on Saturday morning at 6.30am.
The Straits Times then reported that the police were alerted to another similar incident along New Upper Changi Road at 8am on the same day, where a POSB ATM was also splashed with paint.
Police are currently determining if both incidents are linked. DBS bank is working with the police in their investigations into the vandalism of their ATMs.
